Is there a free trial of Premium?
The Free plan is permanent, not a trial — you can use KiddieGPT forever without paying. When you're ready for unlimited AI calls and full parent controls, upgrade to Premium or Family in Settings.
Can I switch between Premium and Family later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing portal. Charges are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. We don't store any card details — Stripe handles everything.
Do you offer school or classroom pricing?
Yes — we have classroom plans for educators with bulk seats and admin tools. Email schools@kiddiegpt.com for a quote.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your child's activity history, vocabulary, and settings stay on your device — they're stored locally in Chrome, not on our servers. Cancelling just disables Premium features; nothing gets deleted.
Can I get a refund?
If KiddieGPT isn't working out within the first 14 days, email support@kiddiegpt.com for a full refund — no questions.
